Joshua Kimera
Joshua is an M&E specialist at Lida Africa with excellent knowledge in setting up M& E systems, data management systems, automating analysis, and building decision support systems. In the past, Joshua has worked with several organizations including as the Monitoring and Evaluation Associate/Manager Africa at Opportunity International, Deputy M&E Director at Educate!, and M&E manager at the Private Education Development Network (PEDN). Joshua holds a master's of M&E, a Postgraduate Diploma in M&E, and a Bachelor's of Economics and Statistics.
Julius Mpagi
Research & Learning Specialist
Julius serves as a Monitoring and Evaluation Associate at Lida Africa.He also works as an Assistant Lecturer at Kyambogo University and a tutor at Makerere University Business School (MUBS). He holds a first-class degree in Economics and Statistics with sound skills in data management, analysis and visualization. Julius has built capacity of more than 1,000 professionals and students in M&E related software including Open Data Kit (ODK), Advanced EXCEL, STATA, SPSS, MWATER among others
